Non-Management/Tenant Placement
Salco Properties is proud to announce the offering of tenant placement services for those investors who want to manage their properties themselves. Salco Properties will market and show your property along with our managed properties – with excellent exposure through listings on various websites such as rentalhomepros.com, craigslist.org, backpage.com, as well as through Salco Properties own website (see the Available Listing tab on the navigation menu), show your property and process the rental application with the same diligence as our managed properties. We even provide the legally-binding Arizona lease agreement and complete the move in process with the tenant.
Salco Properties will provide these services for a competitively-priced commission equal to one month’s rent.
PLEASE NOTE NON-MANAGEMENT SERVICES DON’T INCLUDE:
· Property preparation – cleaning and repairs to make the property rent-ready
· Tenant liaison. Tenants will pay you directly and have your address and telephone number
· Repairs during the tenancy
· Delinquency services
IF REQUIRED, OTHER NON-MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDE:
· Property preparation – If cleaning and repairs are required to make your property rent-ready; Salco Properties will be assist you the property owner in pricing out an appropriate renovation and plan to restore your property to a clean, profitable investment. Our renovations are market-appropriate, affordable and efficiently undertaken.
· Delinquency services. Salco Properties can provide these as an additional service.
